You can call Amberworks anytime (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year) and we will be able to arrange for someone to come and help you resolve your computer problem. If you call before midday we guarantee that we will come to you that same day!
We will troubleshoot and repair any of your hardware currently not working properly, and provide replacements if necessary. We can also reconfigure any software that appears to be "misbehaving".
Remember, we operate a No Fix, No Fee policy and for home users we never charge for more than 2 hours labour on a single problem… ever!
All of our parts are guaranteed for 12 months (unless otherwise stated) and any work we do is guaranteed for 1 month.
