One of our professionally trained Service Technicians will perform a number of checks on your complete network and/or computer system(s) to see if they are configured in the correct manor and if any viruses or other malicious programs are running, plus a number of other checks to see if your systems have any other problems.
We will also liaise with your users to identify any problems they encounter first hand. We are constantly and repeatedly amazed when we visit new clients of how inefficient even the basic systems are configured, not up to date and even unsecured.
